  • When does the program start?
    Week commencing the 13th of July. Once the group is together we'll organise the official start date (the calls will typically fall on a Tuesday or Wednesday)
  • I won't be able to make all of the calls - Will there be recordings?
    Yes - Everything will be recorded
  • I already have clients is this okay for me?
    Whether you have clients or not - if you still feel like you're winging it and don't have a repeatable process for landing clients then this is exactly what you need
  • Can I split the payment?
    Yes - you can pay in 3 or organise a payment plan through Klarna or Stripe (see at checkout)
  • Can I add on 1:1 support?
    Yes - There's an option to add on 2 x 1:1 calls throughout the program, just choose the VIP option at the bottom of the page

THRIVING FOUNDATIONS — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Programme Overview

By purchasing Thriving Foundations, you agree to join a structured coaching programme delivered by Rosie Coaching over a 10-week live group experience, followed by ongoing programme support as outlined below.

This programme is designed to support your business development, strategy, and implementation through coaching, training, and accountability.

2. Programme Structure & Delivery

The Client will receive access to:

10 weeks of live group coaching sessions
Weekly implementation guidance and action steps
Private 90-minute 1:1 strategy session (if purchased on upgrade)
Private 60-minute mid-programme coaching session (if purchased on upgrade)
End-of-programme 45-minute 1:1 coaching session
Telegram support (3 days per week) for coaching, questions, and accountability

The Coach will provide reasonable response support within 24–48 hours during active support days.

The Client is responsible for attending live sessions where possible and implementing the material provided.

3. Payments

Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be completed as per the invoice provided.

If payment plans are selected, instalments must be paid on the agreed dates.

Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to the programme and all related services until payments are brought up to date.

A late fee of up to 8% may be applied to overdue amounts after 7 days.

4. Rescheduling, Refunds & Access

All programme sales are final and non-refundable.

Client coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled unless agreed by the Coach.

If the Coach needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative date will be offered.

In rare cases where the Coach is unable to deliver the programme, appropriate refunds or alternatives will be provided.

5. Cancellation & Termination

The Client may request to terminate participation by written notice.

However, all agreed payments remain due in full for the duration of the payment plan or programme term.

Access to programme materials and support will be removed upon termination.

6. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

This programme provides educational and coaching services only.

The Client is responsible for their own implementation, decisions, and business outcomes.

The Coach is not liable for any financial results, losses, or outcomes related to participation in the programme.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, business, or sensitive information shared during the programme.

Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the programme.

All strategies, advice, and materials are provided for educational purposes only.

The Client agrees to use their own judgement when applying any material provided.

9. Independent Contractor

The Coach is an independent contractor and is responsible for their own taxes and business operations.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

10. General

This agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior communication.

Any updates must be made in writing.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials provided within Thriving Foundations, including but not limited to training content, resources, frameworks, templates, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of {{brand.name}} and are provided for the Client’s personal use only.

The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the programme materials for their own business purposes.

The Client agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose any part of the programme content in any form without prior written permission from the Coach.

Any unauthorised sharing, copying, or distribution of programme materials will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and further legal action where appropriate.
